the KITCHEN FEATURES custom painted cabinets, countertops, double sink, gas range/oven combo (3-burner), vented range hood, microwave, 2-door refrigerator freezer (gas/electric), and plenty of storage. And if those three gas burners aren"t enough, step outside under your automatic (electric) awning (18 FT) to your outdoor kitchen featuring your second kitchen sink, a double-burner gas stove top, additional storage and a mini fridge.
the DINETTE accommodates seating for four and converts to sleeping accommodations, dinette seats are removable, with additional storage under each. the LOVESEAT sized sofa separates the living area from the master bedroom, which also folds out for sleeping accommodations.
the FULL BATH has custom painted cabinets, countertop with single vanity and mirror, bathtub/shower combo, separate from the toilet with enough space to actually move around.
rear BUNKHOUSE was outfitted with lower single bed comprised of two 4-inch trifold mattresses to accommodate additional storage. The upper bunk remains the standard RV double bunk corner mattress. Under the bunkhouse is another long storage compartment.
the MASTER BEDROOM was outfitted with a California King bed, hanging wardrobe bars, overhead storage and under-bed storage compartments. The CAL KING mattress is NEW 13" GEL MEMORY FOAM, Brentwood Home Cypress Mattress, Bamboo Derived, Rayon Cover, Made in USA.
ENTERTAINMENT includes flat screen television, w/ remote. Option of overhead antenna or cable inputs. Upgraded touchscreen bluetooth stereo w/ remote control is connected to both indoor and outdoor speakers.

The forward awning arm bent and needs repair. The awning motor still functions, the awning fabric will need to be cleaned and thoroughly inspected once repaired. Instead of us dealing with this, WE LOWERED OUR PRICE to pass the savings to you. The awning arm replacement part retails for around $100 but WE HAVE LOWERED OUR LIST PRICE the cost of a new awning of $770 plus install, $1000 discount.
