And if those three gas burners aren"t enough or if you do not want to smell up your rather confined quarters, step outside under your automatic awning (18 FT) to your outdoor kitchen featuring your second kitchen sink, double-burner gas stove top, additional storage and a mini fridge. DINETTE accommodates seating for four and fold outs for sleeping accommodations, dinette seats remove for additional storage. LOVESEAT sized sofa separates the living area from the master bedroom, which also folds out for sleeping accommodations. FULL BATH has custom painted cabinets, countertop with single vanity and mirror, bathtub/shower combo, separate from the toilet with enough space to actually move around. The forward awning arm bent and needs repair. The awning motor still functions, the awning fabric will need to be cleaned and thoroughly inspected once repaired. Instead of us dealing with this, WE LOWERED OUR PRICE to pass the savings to you. The awning arm replacement part retails for around $100 but WE HAVE LOWERED OUR LIST PRICE the cost of a new awning of $770 plus install, $1000 discount.
