Coach features Newmar"s Comfort Drive system, independent suspension, and 10k tow hitch, Gerard integrated in to roof awnings, Electric exterior Gerard window awnings, 3 Cameras, All electric shades, Oasis Hydronic system, Solid counters, large glass shower, king sleep number premier mattress, All electric coach with all new chassis and house batteries, exterior entertainment system, brand new exterior cooler, laundry, lots of led lighting inside with Awning lighting, 3 TVs, Built in Onan 10,00K diesel generator with 1447 hours on it. The coach has a Louisiana Salvage Title due to brush water flood. Water got about a foot into the compartment. Starter was replaced on the motor, new motor oil and filters were replaced on the engine also. Generator had no water in it, generator starter was replaced and oil changed. Oasis Hydronic unit was replaced with a used unit along with brand new electrical boards for it. All new modules and fuse boxes were replaced in the front left compartment along with all the wire pins. Transfer switch box was replaced, Hydraulic pump was inspected and relays were replaced and Def system was serviced. Compartment TV and cooler were replaced along with the compartment doors locks. Everything has been inspected on the coach and works. Coach runs and drives great, has no warning lights on, everything appears to work like it should. Coach was driven from Louisiana after the flood and is now located in Rocklin California. Coach is sold AS-IS by a dealer that specializes in branded RVs . It is currently not registered.
