I am the original owner, never rented my coach and driven only by myself. It has always been garaged and parked on an epoxy floor for tire protection, No smoking, no pets, no damage history. All original manuals still in coach and all maintenance records still included.The dinette is a fold down table so with the slides in, walking through is not cramped. It has two fold up chairs and two regular chairs, as well as two leafs to enlarge the eating area for a larger group. 2013 Dutchstar model 4038. 4 slides, tag axle, Freightliner raised rail chassis, Cummins 8.9 liter 450hp, 1250 lbs torque, Allison MH3000 transmission. This coach is in VERY nice condition. I am the original owner, never rented my coach and driven only by myself. It has always been garaged and parked on an epoxy floor for tire protection, No smoking, no pets, no damage history. All original manuals still in coach and all maintenance records still included. The dinette is a fold down table so with the slides in, walking through is not cramped. It has two fold up chairs and two regular chairs, as well as two leafs to enlarge the eating area for a larger group. There is also a pull out counter extension for added counter space. 2 tv’s, 1 in the living area and one in the bedroom. Bed is a king size and there is plenty of room in the bedroom as well. Surround sound and a DVD player. Also has an oversize passenger seat. Storage both inside and underneath are both enormous. Because of the tag axle, this coach has an 11000lb useful load and also adds more braking for additional safety. 15000 lb trailer hitch, but the limits for towing by Freightliner are 10000 lbs. This coach is almost impossible to overload, unlike many others. Two stage exhaust brake for additional safety. Both couches are jack knife couches with storage under each as well. Large pantry as well as a large rear closet. 12 cubic foot refrigerator with water and an icemaker. Heat is diesel or electric fired hot water so propane is never an issue. Hot water has engine assist, so driving down the road there is hot water for sinks to wash up after fueling etc. Generator is a Cummins/onan 8kw. Roof airs are the upgraded 15000 btu models for additional cooling. Fuel is 100 gallons. Fresh water 105 gallons, grey is 65 gallons and black 45 gallons. Systems are the standard for today, leveling jacks(automatic),cruise, comfort drive(Newmar exclusive and great),tilt and telescope steering wheel which is a smart wheel, aluminum wheels, fuel fills on both sides, backup alarm, antilock brake system and an electronic in dash information center. Driver and passenger seats are both 6 way power, both recline and the passenger seat is oversize for added comfort with a foot rest that extends. The roof is a 1 piece fiberglass unit, no rubber to replace or leak. Range is a 3 burner model, microwave/convection oven with vent. Additional items are a quality surge protector to protect against surges as well as over or under voltage or a miswired panel in a park. Any questions, please email.
