This is a clean trailer only used a dozen times or so total. Tires are 3/4 never traveled out Of the state. It is clean and everything works great. Only reason I am selling is to look at building a house or I would keep it. Its stored inside a shed out of the elements. Has too much to list. Tons and tons of storage. giant bathroom, full size bed. Table turns into bed as well as the couch. Two comfy recliners Electric awning. Outdoor shower. Ac works great as well as heater and water heater. Nothing is missing it has Three new 6 volt battery"s (2/17). It"s a must see.
