I bought this unit new in 2013, it’s over all in very good condition. There are miner scratches on the sides from brush and the bottom screen on the door has damage. There was a small leak up in the front but it was fixed. It’s a all aluminum camper and the interior paneling is a fiberglass composit. NO WOOD AT ALL IN THIS CAMPER
It has power lifting jacks and Fast Gun hold downs. The forward jacks have extensions so a duelly can get underneath it.
Has a shower, toilet, hot water heater, sink, fresh water tank and grey & black water holding tanks, 3 burner gas range, microwave/convection oven good amount of counter space furnace, outside storage box and quite a bit inside storage areas, roof A/C, queen bed, bench seating, flat screen TV with DVD player, refrigerator, drop down bunk and the bench expands to make another bunk, 1 battery but a second can be put in the outside storage box (wires already there), has the digital TV antenna
I used NADA guides to get a idea of what price to put on this. It showed low retail of $14,450 and high retail of $17,400 and that didn’t include the TV w/ DVD player and the Fast Gun hold downs.
THE CAMPER IS LOCATED AT BATH SPRINGS TENNESSEE, 38311 and must be picked up here. $250.00 deposit through PayPal and remainder paid in CASH at time of pick up.
