2012 Coleman Travel Trailer made by Thor . This comes with lots of extras including sewer hose, power cords, water hose, wood leveling blocks, and more. Dry weight approximately 4500 lbs max gross weight 7700 lbs. This trailer is 28 feet long and is easy to tow and fits into almost all state, federal and private campgrounds. It does not have any slide outs which I consider a plus. No slides to get stuck in or out, no slide leaks and the trailer is much lighter and easier to tow. With the interior modifications the interior has an open feel. The interior was modified by the previous owner and we made some upgrades to fit our needs. The two rear bunks were removed and that space now includes a clothes bar for hanging clothes and a full-size bureau, in addition to, the single storage closet and location for shoes. This significantly increased the amount of space for clothes, towels, bedding, shoes and all of the other things you need when traveling. We also had room for our lawn chairs, broom and vacuum cleaner. The dinette was removed by the previous owner and we installed a 6 foot counter top to act as a table for us. This gave us twice the space for meals and computer work. In addition, it completely opened up the space so we have plenty of room to move about the trailer. The couch is very comfortable and can fold down as a bed. It has a tv and stereo with speakers inside and outside of the trailer. There is a large pass through storage area that can hold all of your hoses, power cords and anything else you want to take along. It has a new heated queen size bed and more storage under the bed. It comes with an outside grill that has a mount on the bumper and the grill has a hose that plugs into the trailer gas bottles, so no need to carry extra propane tanks. Both 20 lb propane tanks were just filled. The exterior has some minor scrapes and dings as expected with a used trailer. Everything works and I can show the new owner how to operate all the appliances. No leaks or water damage. There is one issue with the trailer. The previous owner damaged the awning and it will need to be replaced. Other than the awning, it’s ready to hit the road. With the current interior upgrades, this trailer could be used for extended vacations or for full time use.
