In the closed up position it is almost 20 feet long and in the open position it is almost 27 feet long and it is over 5 feet tall, (THIS CAMPER IS HUGE!) It weighs 3,275lbs. empty. It sleeps up to 7 people. It has a King Size bed on each end, plus a pull out that makes another full-size bed, an outside shower, an inside shower, a gas or electric hot water heater, crank down stabilizer jacks, spare tire, aluminum wheels, Exterior grille, Stereo am/fm/cd player with outside speakers also, central air, a furnace, a microwave, 3 burner inside stove and an oven that has never been used, also, a gas, electric refrigerator, a inside shower with flushable toilet with sewage holding tanks that you can empty with a hose, and a fresh water holding tank, a Brand New nice large kitchen sink and Brand New Faucet, this camper has a Brand New Power Lift Motor that raises and lowers the Camper Top by an electric motor and I am sure I am missing alot more. The new price for this camper was $19,765.00. NADA Blue Book is $11,555.00. I am asking only $7,995.00obo, this is alot lower than Blue Book.
