We at CAMPBELL BROTHERS AUTO SALES INC. are offering for sale this 2012 BLUE BIRD 66 PASSENGER SCHOOL BUS powered by a 6.7L CUMMINS DIESEL. This bus is in good condition and was in rotation in the last 2019 school session. The body and under carriage are clean. There is a small area of surface rust on the front door however it is minor. The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smooth. I have personally driven this bus and it performed well and will travel at highway/interstate speeds. The front tires are good and we have ordered 4 new rear tires which will be installed before the bus is sold. The interior is clean and the upholstery is in good condition. It is an air ride/air brake bus and has a 31,000 lbs. GVWR. The bus has 95,964 actual miles however when the previous owner titled the bus they mistakenly titled as mileage not actual. The institution was contacted and they confirmed the mileage as actual but the title will not be corrected. THEREFORE we must sell this bus to be mileage not actual as well. Overall this is a very good bus that should give someone years of service. We are in the car business and are not highly experience in school buses, we are sure there may be some unanswered question. Could use to be polished and waxed. No body rust and the undercarriage is clean. One area of surface rust on the front door. Overall good looking bus.
INTERIOR: Clean and the upholstery and seat cushions are in good condition. The seat mounts on the floor have light surface rust and could use to be touched up.
DRIVE TRAIN: The engine starts, runs, and drives well. Steer tires are good and all 4 rear tires will be new.
