2010 Sunnybrook Sunset Creek 279RB has brand new E-ply tires on aluminum wheels, electric jack on front with dual batteries, 3500# Curt hitch on back that bolts thru frame, electric 19 foot awning with brand new shade cloth and LED lighting, fiberglass sides, water tank reinforced with 5/4 slats to prevent sagging, 1 slideout, 15000 btu ducted a/c and also 13500 btu a/c that i added in January 2017, it also has a heat strip in it, 50 amp service. Full size queen bed and couch makes into bed as well as dinette table. Full size bathroom as well as 2 flat screen tv"s. Also has central heat and hot water heater and fridge works off of propane or electric. 60 gallon water and 42 gallon black and grey tanks. 2-2000 honda generators(Brand new) with parallel kit and 2 six gallon fuel tanks. Has enclosed carryall on back, I have a brand new wireless camera for rear of rv with screen for tow vehicle. This camper needs nothing except food and people, i purchased a Class A is only reason i am selling. I pulled this camper with my 1/2 ton suburban with no problem. Camper is about 6700# empty. I also and throwing in hitch, stabilizer bars, and dual sway bars. All windows were tinted also by Glass tint Etc.
