New Brakes, New Awning, almost New tires. 3 or 4 small road trips on the tires !
Air is cold. Heat is Gas. ( we usually use a electric portable heater when we can use camp site electric)
Water heater is Electric and Gas.
Fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave all in excellent working order!
