Up for sale is our 2009 Coachmen Freelander 3150SS. We have owned the coach for approximately 8 years and to the best of our knowledge we are the second owners. It has 97K miles on it but don’t let that scare you off, the oil has been changed as scheduled and the coach is in good mechanical condition. If you are not familiar with this particular RV model please examine the photographs closely, the amount of lower storage is unmatched in this class. The huge compartment in the rear will accommodate full size bicycles, paddle boards etc without the worry of carrying them on the outside exposed to weather or theft. Beneath the floor of the rear compartment are five divided compartments for even more storage as well as a spare tire compartment.

In August of 2020 I replaced all six tires with Michelin XPS Rib tires, since that time they have traveled approximately 1500 miles. They will be good for about 30,000 miles. (Please note a copy of the tire invoice is included in the photos). In July of 2020 the awning fabric was replaced with new material. In addition the wire shelves in the refrigerator were sand-blasted and powder coated so they appear as new. All plumbing, A/C, electrical, furnace, generator, refrigeration and slide systems work properly. Although we have only used it 2-3 times the Television works as it should. Since we have owned the rig it has always been stored in a fully enclosed storage area so the graphics and upholstery are not sun damaged with the exception of the running Dalmatian on the front which is cracked. During our ownership I installed a Smartfan w/remote in the main living area.
As stated the RV has approximately 97,000 miles on it but this is not a tired, worn out unit. We have maintained and repaired the rig as needed during our ownership, that plus storing it indoors have kept it in very nice condition.
The Coachmen is being replaced with a smaller travel trailer as our needs have changed as the years pass. The RV is Sold as is / where is, no warranty either expressed or implied with respect to condition or fitness of the trailer except to clear title. Transport following the sale is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
A $500.00 deposit is required within 24 hours of the close of the sale, and can be made through PayPal. The remaining funds may be paid by Bank Wire Transfer, Cash, or Certified Check, but under no condition will the unit be released until funds have cleared my bank.
