2009 Beaver Patriot Thunder Trenton IV 45 ft quad slide on a Roadmaster Chasis. Nada retail is $218,850 with no adds and low retail is 181,650. 525 Hp Caterpillar engine with 2 stage exhaust brake. This coach runs and drives amazing. Msrp was around$580k plus another $80k in upgrades. Too many features to list but I will try. 6 Brand new Toyo tires and new side by side fridge less than 10months ago. Generator serviced at Cummins/Onan dealer in January 2021. Dual power sliding trays from the lower bays. Aquahot system with heated tile floors and 3 roof airs. Bath and a half. Full size washer and dryer. Satellite system works as it should. Dual leather couches in the living room. King size master bed. Keyless Entry which also locks, the bay doors. Power window on the drivers side. Auto awnings include above the front door and slides. . Dash blower motor will need replaced, 6 inch crack in bottom of windshield and rock guard on front is a little faded. Normal wear and tear for 11 year old coach but still very nice overall condition. Priced way below market value! ! !
