Vehicle description
After 13yrs of camping the kids are now older and doing other things so we are selling our 2008 Rockwood RLT8313SS. This is not a new/unused travel trailer, we have used it. North-Canada, South-Florida,West many locations and the beach! I have no reservations of hooking it up and going to any of those locations now. The camper has been well maintained but does show some usage and it has a few quirks, but it has been great. As shown in the pictures it has a master suite and both couches fold out to double beds (air mattress-that are actually very comfortable), small drop down bed above couch in rear (although we used it for storage) really not practical. I certainly would not want someone sleeping up there while I was below and the table folds down to make another small bed. Kitchen has an island extender to increase counter space when cooking. Replaced both the Black/Grey bathroom and Galley discharge end for attaching discharge hose. I have attached an image of the weight .(see image of trailer sticker for weight information). I just had the wheel bearings repacked 2yrs ago, so they are good. Tires were replaced with higher quality at the same time. However, the main awning needs to be replaced. It has several holes where the awning dry rotted from cooking under it. This camper had a gas grill that connected to the side of the camper, but after many years it finally died, so I use a standard charcoal grill. It has never been in a wreck, although one of the tires did blow out a few years ago and we had it professionally repaired. We have clear title in hand. If you want to take the camper with you after purchase, bring cash. ALL money orders, cashier checks or any type of checks will need to be cleared and approved through our bank. NO exceptions. I am including all of the tow attachments, bars, chains and hitch - 2" receiver. Orange leveling blocks, sewer hose, water hose, new water filter, outside rug, dry camp sewer mobile tank, electrical plug adapter, and several other things. I will also do a walk though on how to winterize if needed. Please don"t ask me what size truck you need. Do the math! This is a great size camper 33" from ball clasp to rear and works well when the weather does not and gives you plenty of room to eat, play games or just hang out. If I missed anything about the camper that you wish to know, send me a message. I will do my best to answer them.
