you are looking at a great looking 2008 EDGEWATER by SUNNYBROOK 269BHE TRAVEL TRAILER equipped to sleep 8. this trailer is in great shape and ready to travel the country. the tires and brakes are in great shape.
the outside as you can see is in great shape. the body has a nice shine to it. the edgewater graphics have seen better days but the overall appearance is still very nice. i would just remove those stickers and maybe get the replacements from sunnybrook for not a lot of money. other than that its definitely a cared for unit. the 1 large power slide functions without issue. the awning is in nice shape with no major imperfections. it could use a good cleaning for the season. the screen on the door needs to be replaced. you can see where they put a temporary patch on it. the roof is in great shape with no water leaks at this time.
the inside as you can see is as in nice of a condition as the outside. the upholstery is in great shape with no rips or tears. the floor is solid with no noticeable soft spots. i walked over the floor and felt nothing soft. the ac blows cold. all the appliances are in working order. the trailer is currently winterized so i did not test the water system but didn"t see any signs of leaks. the ceiling is in great shape and has no apparent signed of previous water damage. i would replace the mattress on the queen size bed. it has seen better days. please watch the video and look at the pictures. this is definitely a camper i would enjoy taking the family away in.
