2008 Idle Time, spacious renovated interior, 110V electric, full size bathroom and shower, new air conditioner, new microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator. Water heater works great for long showers! Tires, wheels, and axels are in excellent condition. Side damage was from sliding out past a tree but repaired and sealed. No leaks. The only thing that doesn"t work is the roof a/c unit that needs a new control panel, which I couldn"t find, so got a $175 brand new window a/c unit that keeps the trailer ice cold! Title in hand.
