Camper has everything. Ac,heat, refrigerator, microwave and bathroom with shower. Camper is in very good shape. Entry door is on passenger side. 2300 pound loaded.has aftermarket awning. Everything works. The camper had some water damage up front but has been totally redone and has new wood and interior panels.i have before pics as well as during the reconstruction process. 100% leak free .
