Here is a nice 2007 Trail Manor 3023 Camper. It is in nice condition, everything works good. It isn"t perfect, the worst is the fender that broke when it had a flat tire and the tire came apart. The current tires, including the spare, are in excellent condition. Has a marine toilet that works great, Everything is designed to run of propane gas (Has 2 20lb propane tanks and a deep cycle battery that is less than 1 year old), or run off electric. Electric and gas heat, electric air conditioner. Refrigerator runs on electric, propane, or battery. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
The one fender is broken as you can see in the pictures. No damage was done underneath, it is strictly cosmetic and can be fixed easily.
This camper weighs 3,000 pounds, has trailer breaks, and pulls very easily. I use an f150 to pull it through the mountains here in colorado and have no problem driving 70+ mph and hardly know it"s behind me, and yet it folds out to comfortably fit the whole family.
This camper has been very well maintained and will make you a great camper. Only reason we are selling is we are wanting to buy some property and need to free up some cash.
