Only the trailer is for sale, not the truck. The trailer was towed with a Ford F350 Super Duty single rear wheel. Dry weight is 14092lbs and the GVW is 18000lbs. The trailer has only been cooked in about only a half dozen times. I installed a Reese 5th Airborne air ride pin box in 2012, and it works great for making a smooth ride on not so nice roads. Garage has a small BBQ and a small 120v electric only refrigerator. Our family didn"t wear shoes in the camper and only used the garage entrance like a mud room. Unit is very clean and was cleaned after every trip. Garage is 10" deep with overhead cabinets. Everything works good. The kitchen sink was replaced with a larger Stainless Steel unit and faucet, the original was too small. The main refrigerator works on propane gas & electric. The trailer also has a fueling station on the non camp side that has have never been used. The A/C and heat works great with no problems. Tires were replaced in the summer of 2012 and also has a matching full size spare.
