camping world offered at least $10,000 on a trade ,but not looking to trade
2007 keystone raptor 3712TS triple slide,new tires ,new hot water heater,been in storage for a year, i work overseas and just dont use it much anymore /took it camping to a lake in sept, ,this is what i have seen wrong this is a unit for a do it your selfer /fixer upper like me ,highly discounted 1.the electric jack motor failed" hand crank only front landing jacks until fixed",i have a new one ready to install with switch and wiring harness,it may or may not be installed by me " it can be done by me about feb 10th if you want to wait" that long for pickup of unit" 2.roof may need reseal,i had it done once in 2016,signs of water leakage recently around skylight 3.as seen in pics minor sheet metal damage on pass side front corner can be fixed easy with new sheet metal,also small tear in lower sheet metal rear passenger corner ,does not leak or affect towing or anything else"just cosmetics"the good ,hot water heater works great,generator has very low hours needs another carb"installed "onan 5500,"typical on onans if you dont run them once a month"slides work great, for an older well used unit i have seen these same units sell on ebay here for 18,000.00 on up recently,highly desirable triple slide 12 ft garage,heat works great,gas stove etc,right now it has a 5th wheel to goose neck andersen ranch hand adapter installed for goose neck towing or take off for normal 5th wheel,I will throw this in for buy it now only/or we can make a deal, located at a camper storage area near atlanta ga,can only be picked up mon-fri business hours 9-5,unless you wait til feb, 15th for wknd pickup "i installed washer,hookup in garage i use a combo steam washer dryer unit,fuel station for toys , e -track in garage,queen eletic bunk in garage
over all the unit goes down the road well,is usable tows great triple axle never lube dexter axles brakes on all wheels,all plumbing good ,7 new tires in 2016 ,trailer st tires, you can email with offers but i will not go too much lower,i can sell it outright to camping world or another dealer for 8000
