2007 Featherlite 40’ gooseneck. This is a very hard to find fully loaded Featherlite SURV. I purchased this in 2010. It has been a wonderful trailer. This is a very high-quality build. High grade aluminum is used for the exterior & frame. The side walls are riveted instead of the glue strips other manufactures use. It pulls wonderfully with very little wind resistance. Empty the trailer weights in at 12,000 pounds. All systems are functioning properly, water, solar charger, hydraulics, slide & tanks. This has one of the best hydraulic jack systems I’ve ever used. Lifts up and down quickly and effortlessly. This trailer will outlast just about any other RV built. It will surely bring the new owners years of enjoyment! This RV features the following 105 standard water tank Two additional 50-gallon water tanks over rear axles bringing total capacity up to 205 gallons. 75-gallon gray tank. 75-gallon black water tank. Happy jack beds in rear, table and sofa make into beds and queen upfront. Total of 5 beds. Single house battery up front. Separate battery runs hydraulics Solar charger that keeps Hydraulic battery charged. Dual 7000-pound torsion axles with Alcoa aluminum wheels. Honda EV6010 Generator with 210 hours has 20-gallon fuel tank. Dual 15000 BTU AC’s with heat strips. Ducted through ceiling Lots of cabinet space and places to hang stuff in the garage. Electric awnings with remote controls. Nice size bathroom. Shower has self-retracting curtain. Privacy doors when using shower or bathroom area. Norcold refrigerator works great. Pull down screen on back of RV for when rear ramp door is open. Separate entries for both garage and living area. Brand new unused mattress 35000 BTU LP gas central heater There are 3 roof mounted TV entertainment centers. However only one is working property. Unit is equipped with two 20-pound LP tanks There are two 20-pound spare LP tanks that are stored under the dinette bench seat. Garage measures 13’ long and is 8’ at narrowest point.
