Nice and handy 2008 Featherlite all aluminum two horse bumper pull trailer. We purchased this one owner trailer new in 2009 and hauled horses no more than 15 times. Meticulously maintained and stored under cover most of its life, we are only selling this trailer due to limited use.
Built for transporting large warm blood horses, its generous dimensions of 7’6” inside height and 6’7” width easily fits horses 17+ hands very comfortably. The other tremendous advantage is that you can tow this remarkably light trailer with a SUV, as we did, or a small truck since it only weighs 2200 pounds.
Straight load with double rear doors, it has a single full size escape door and drop down windows at the horse’s head. There are vents in the roof above each stall and the walls and floor are are lined with heavy rubber mats. The divider is fully removable and the tires have almost new tread including the spare which is mounted inside. The only cosmetic blemish is a small spot on the back door where a harsh cleaner was used. You will be hard pressed to find another trailer in this excellent condition. Our loss is your gain.
