Trailer is in overall good condition with many new parts: hot water heater, tire, fender skirts, rear brakes, and rear has been completely re-built/resealed. Unit is very clean as shown in pictures and everything works. Was just used on a camping trip and has a current PA inspection until 4/19.
It will need a few things: the front corners need to be re-sealed and there is a soft spot in the roof at the front left corner seam. This is an easy fix for someone who is handy and the sealant tape/caulk for the job will be included with the sale. The awning fabric material is starting to show wear and will need to be replaced soon.
Clear PA title in hand and ready for some spring camping adventures! Local pickup only and payment due in cash upon pickup.
