I have for sale a 2006 Winnebago Sightseer model 30B motorhome. Motorhome is in excellent overall condition with approx. 40k miles. Has been well cared for and kept under shelter since new. No pets and no smoking in the motorhome. Motorhome has one giant slide in the living area. Has one roof A C that was upgraded about 4 years ago. A C is ducted throughout the motorhome and cools very good. Generator has approx. 150 hours on it and works like new. Has the Ford V10 chassis and never any trouble with engine or transmission. Full set of New Uniroyal tires just installed JUne 2018. Also, front end alignment and brakes checked, no repair needed. Motorhome is 31.5 ft. long bumper to bumper. Paint still has its gloss and decals are good. Does show some decal wear due to sun. Has propane heater, stove, and refrigerator. Refrigerator will work off of A C power as well. Hot water heater is also dual propane and A C. Bed is queen short. Oversize shower with glass door. Has hydraulic leveling jacks and satellite antenna installed. Front seats are leather with no cracks or noticeable wear. Don"t think you will find one any cleaner. I am located about 10 miles north of Columbus, Ga. Can show the motorhome most any time. Thanks,
