| “Camper is in great condition for its age. No leaks, caulking is kept up with. There was a leak years ago but before we got it but was never an issue for us. No stains inside, mold, or anything like that. There is a soft spot on the roof as a result, again never had any issues with it. No soft spots anywhere in the floor. The added on awning over the slide out, which isn’t necessary, could use replacing but still works. New tires” |

2006 Sunny Brook Sunset Creek 279rb travel trailer. Great shape for its age. Everything works well. Gas/electric water heater, large rear bathroom, dinette and couch convert to beds, ducted Ac/Heat, most light bulbs led, bed and living room HDTVs, new radial tires on previously upgraded aluminum wheels, super slide, and plenty of storage. We like to have more fridge space so I removed the pantry door and put a mini fridge in. I still have the door and can reinstall it if that’s how the buyer would like it. I also laid some carpet over the vinyl flooring in the living area for more comfort when the kids play. This can be removed and the original vinyl floor is in great shape.
