About 32" long; has 1 - 14" power slide out for kitchen/living room, slide out awning, 20" main awning, 4 crank down stabilizer jacks (1 needs to be re-welded) but it works fine, spare tire and carrier, AM/FM/CD stereo, 30" tv, 7 cu ft refrigerator w/ freezer, gas grill cooktop, microwave/hood combo, AC and Heat. Separate bedroom with full/queen. Bathroom with toilet and shower, sink in hallway. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 depending on size (2 in bedroom, 2 pullout couch, 2 dining fold-out). Sold As-Is. Has been professionally winterized every year when in use. Was purchased in 2014 and was only used as on-site guest accommodations 6 times. Very nice condition with spacious layout.
