This trailer only weighs in at 4,250lbs and has tandem axels, full size fridge, 3 burner stove top, gas oven, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, microwave, full size shower and bath, and 60 gallon fresh water tank. 60 gallon water tank on this size RV is pretty rare. Most RV"s this size have 27-30 gallon tanks. The queen bed is upfront, kitchen and bathroom are in the middle, and the dinner table is in the back with 180 degree view windows.
Backing up this trailer up at a beautiful site is so enjoyable with the size. Tow’s extremely well with 4 tires on the ground. Very easy to setup camp with an electric jack on the tung, electric stabilizers, powered awning. I also installed a progressive industries surge protector on the inside of the trailer for protection. This is a top of the line unit that will protect your trailer and all of your electronics. No need to worry about your surge protector being stollen at an RV site since its hardwired in the RV.
I will also include the water hose, sewer hose, weight distribution hitch if needed. Joining the Navy and no longer need my dream trailer.
