Selling our 5th wheel camper. It"s a 2006 Heartland BigHorn Model 3655RD. 36" long. 4 slide outs. Bathroom and shower. Refridgerator, stove, and microwave. Washer and dryer hookups. Electric fireplace in living room. Propane furnace. Propane or electric water heater. One A/C unit. Ventilation system. Electric front jacks. Manual stabilizer jacks in rear. No leveling jacks. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room. 2 swivel recliners in the living room. Overall condition of the camper is good! We are second owners and the camper was well cared for. Interior is in very good and clean condition! Flooring is very nice. There are a few minor blemishes as can be expected for the age but nothing serious. An example would be behind the sink counter the wall paper is cracking a little down at the counter. Exterior of the camper is also very clean and nice. A few minor blemishes are included in the pictures. Slight damage to the one slide-out. The front of the camper was patched due to minor damage prior to us buying it. The slide-outs are all in great working condition. The slide-out awnings are patched at a few places but are still in decent condition. The main awning is getting in poor condition. Last fall we cleaned and recoated the rubber roof! Also went over the whole camper and recaulked. The wheels and tires are basically brand new with only a few hundred miles on them. Current PA trailer inspection. If you"re looking for a nice condition older camper for a reasonable price, you found it with this one. Lots of life left. Recently used over Memorial Day Weekend and it"s ready for the summer! Everything works to our knowledge except for the oven. Could never get the pilot to light. The stovetop works good. The bed spread is not included.
