You are looking at a Pristine 2006 Featherlite 28" Model #7924 Bumper Pull Toy Hauler. This unit came from California, with no rust, or mold. Never smoked in, and no pets. New Michelin Tires. Perfect for a large family. Did you ever take your family on an outing, and after you get to the campground, and hook up, you find that you did not have any place for the kids, or, teen agers to sleep in you"re Motor Home. We would hook it on to our Quad-slide Motor Home, when we went on a family vacation to Fort Wilderness in Disneyworld, and they have sites long enough to park both units in a space without unhooking. We once hauled 2 Golf Carts, or a small car in the garage area It has a refrigerator, microwave, tub, and shower, toilet, and can carry fresh water, and has a holding tank for waste. Plenty of storage cabinets, Large powered Awning, outside patio lights, TV antenna, and cable hook up. We had a large flat screen TV that was set up on top of closet, after we parked. Just had a new custom paint job, and has no dents, or scratches. Had an onboard Propane Powered Generator, in the nose section, where the house batteries are located. New spare tire, and leveling jacks. Fold down ramp in rear, and has 4 tie-downs in floor. Has a Queen-size bed in front room, and a swing-down Queen-size bed in rear area, and 2 single-beds that fold down from wall to make a bed for sleeping, or a sofa for sitting. Has a screen that pulls down to seal rear ramp opening, to give you that bug-free open air sleeping. They make a screen room that can be set up on the ramp, or tailgate, that makes an additional room. It has 1 roof air conditioner that will freeze you out in summer, and a Thermostat controlled propane furnace for heat These Toy Haulers were sold new for around 45,000.00.
