2006 Casita Spirit 16" travel trailer for sale. This was manufactured as a Spirit Deluxe model, but the previous owner had the shower removed and installed a wood stove in its place. This trailer has everything you need for off grid camping. Oversized BFG tires mean you can drive this trailer on dirt roads easily. This is also a very light trailer which can easily be towed by a variety of vehicles. Trailer has a new house battery for the electrical system installed this year. Renogy 200 watt solar system mounted on the roof keeps the battery charged so you don"t need to hook up to power unless you want to. Air conditioner keeps the trailer cool if you are plugged in to hookups. Propane furnace keeps the trailer warm. The Cubic Mini wood stove means you can heat this trailer easily without using propane. I have camped in this trailer comfortably at below freezing temperatures. Fresh water tank and electric water pump supplies water for the sink. There is a propane hot water heater, but I have never used it so I don"t know for certain if it works. 3 way Dometic refrigerator will run on AC, DC, or propane. Custom mattress perfectly fits the rear of the trailer. The dinette also folds down and can be used as a second bed. The previous owner had a small bunk installed over the rear bed, which could be used for a small child or for storage. I absolutely love this trailer and the only reason I am selling is that it is a little to small for our family so I bought something larger. I have a clear Colorado title in hand.
