2004 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17" Fully self contained travel trailer. One owner, Well cared after travel trailer, always garage kept, haven"t been used for the last three years. Body is still shinny like it was new, Chassis has Zero surface rust. This unit is ready to go camping!
-This travel trailer is fully equipped with a front wet bath, Side dinette table that can convert to a single person bed. Rear dinette converts into full size bed, 4" cushions, sleeps up to three people comfortably. -16 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt Demand Water System . Brand new 12volt marine battery, 12v LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks. -2-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the two burner stove, fridge, Furnace heater and the 6 gallon water heater with electric ignition , all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition.
-New door seal, Absolutely NO water leaks, Chassis has no surface rust. No soft spots on the floor, Never been in any kind of water damage or flood , Always cleaned and garage kept after each use, no interior odor, never been smoked-in, 13500 btu Coleman low profile roof mount ac, Lp-g as furnace .

Interior: all original, no cushion stains, No cushion rips, No odors, interior walls are very clean, No plumbing issues, no gas leaks, no water line leaks.
Running gear/chassis: 3- Brand new 14” tires/wheels, bearings removed/inspected and re-greased, brakes just got re-adjusted , Front and rear leveling jacks, emergency break away brake switch. 2” hitch ball required , 7-pin round trailer light plug, electric braking system, all of the exterior/Exterior lights are in working condition.
