This is an excellent condition Fleetwood Bounder 38S is a 38ft. diesel pusher with a CAT 300hp C7 motor. It has 23924 actual miles and has been serviced regularly per the manufacturers recommendation. It has 3 slide outs - 1 in the bedroom and 2 in the living area. It has a washer/dryer, microwave/convection over, gas stove, side by side refrigerator, satellite TV, flat screen TV"s in the bedroom and living area. The carpet has been replaced with hardwood flooring for easy cleaning, it comes with couches (hardly any wear), dining seating(hardly any wear) and drivers/passenger seats all in leather, sleep by number Queen bed. The driver"s and passenger seats have new genuine lamb wool seat covers for comfort.The motorhome is located in Miami, Oklahoma. I am the second owner and traveled litereally from Florida to California but to Oklahoma and it has been parked since. The previous owners were very anal about the upkeep and servicing, record keeping and snowbirded in it in Florida in a Sr. RV living community so that is why there is so little miles. There is a enclosed 24 ft trailer that was custom made with 2 side door, one on each side and the overhead door on the end with the dovetail and almost matches that will be available but not included in this price. I used it to haul my Rocker Jeep and motorcycle and the 300 CAT diesel didn"t even notice it was back there.
