Purchased two years ago as a trial of RV life. Invested in maintenance to ensure safe and reliable use for travel with wife, including a few thousand dollars in new parts and all new tires. New front passenger windshield.
NADA priced without any options $15000 average retail and $12500 low average retail - more when adding options. Low starting bid and low buy-it-now. About $15000+ invested. Will be a steal for someone who can use it. Was a good trial run for original purpose.

Known Items: Two partially fogged windows. RPM does not work. Aftermarket add on installed but did not work either. Didn"t spend time resolving. New ($500) Ford distribution box purchased in 2017 but not installed. One relay is bad but I just disconnect the battery when not in use and a patch cable installed during use. I expected to replace on failure but it hasn"t yet. Part will be included with sale. Two small areas of wood damage from previous life (no leaks when purchased and roof seams redone in 2017 upon purchase). It is a 20+ year old RV. Very clean due to low mileage and well maintained by prior owner as well. As with any purchase of a used vehicle, expect some TLC depending on level of expectations. You could have a sweet RV for around $10K+ all-in up front purchase and maintenance costs and less for the DIY. Professionally winterized.
