2005 trailmanor-trail light 26 foot (length without the foldout bed) bunkhouse- lightweight camper. . .quad bunks in rear. .couch folds out to a bed, table and chairs turn into a bed and front of camper folds out to a queen/double bed. . can sleep 4 in the back 2-3 in the front fold out and 2 on the table bed 1 one the couch! ! It says in the brochure can sleep 11 but it is more like 9 or 10. weighs only 3600 lbs! ! Full kitchen- -EVERYTHING works. .big refrigerator with freezer, heat and air conditioning. .microwave, stove, oven - -EVERYTHING works perfectly! ! (just was camping with it within the lasts few weeks of the summer!). Full bathroom with sewer connections. Three sky lights in the camper. one in bathroom, one in rear by the quad bunks and one in the front over the couch/table.GREAT camper with LOADS of Storage! ! There is One PROBLEM. .there is a SLOW leak. .a raccoon tried to get into the roof of the camper. .we found out the next day and repaired the scratches it made but it caused something to leak. .we have used the camper this summer and have tried to fix the top but it still has a slow leak. .we decided to sell it. .our children are older now and they do not go with us anymore therefore we don"t need a big sized camper like this. It really has been perfectly maintained and we are neat freaks so it is perfect condition and VERY CLEAN! ! The tub wall has a crack in it on the wall portion but this has not affected the use of the shower. . I"m being as honest as I can and letting you know exactly what we know about the camper. . The roll out awning has been repaired from aging and tearing on it but it could use some more fixing.We are asking 6500.00 We have all the original paperwork and books that go with the camper and for all the mechanical items in the camper. Two propane tanks, electric tongue jack, electric brakes, weight distribution bars and anti-sway bar. You can come see the camper if you are in the area before bidding/buying. We are on long island NY, Wantagh. We have a clean title. We will not ship or bring the camper to you. YOU MUST PICK UP. - You must have your own license plate. .we will not let you take ours. . .This trailer/camper requires a 2" (inch) ball hitch in order to be towed. .
