It is approximately 39 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 20,000, dry weight of 16,685 Lb, 87 gl fresh, 92 gl grey and 50 gl black tanks. The trailer was nicely optioned with Full body paint, dual pane windows, 2 air conditions, Washer/Dryer closet two bedroom and much more. Inside features large living area with open kitchen. In the back has office, TV area or bedroom. Master suite with walk-around Queen bed, Its own TV and large closet. Large full walk through bathroom has a spacious residential shower/tub. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. Trailer has new tires, missing awning, refrigerator, microwave, dinette, couch and mattress. Carpet inside will be professionally cleaned.
