05 Lance 1121 Vehicle Information Year: 2005 Make: Lance Model: 1121 Condition: Used Description DESCRIPTION Here we have a 2005 Lance Truck Camper Model 1121 . We took this truck camper in on trade in. Overall it is in good shape. I’ll outline the issues on it below. This should be a great opportunity to find a rare pre-owned Lance truck camper in the Midwest. This truck camper has a generator, a slide out, roof ladder, rear awning and power leveling jacks. Issues I noticed on this truck camper: · In the passenger side storage compartment the linoleum floor is peeling up. · There is some fading and cracking in some of the decals. Normal wear & tear for the age. · Some rust on the jacks and rust where the jacks bolt into the body of the truck camper. · There was a previous leak towards the front driver side of the camper. We repaired this leak and resealed the area. However there is some wall separation/delamination near this leak. · The refrigerator has some stains on the shelves. · At one time this trailer had a slide out topper. This topper is now gone. FAQ · When Can I pick up the RV? o This unit can be picked up during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 PM. In the case of a new RV please give our dealership at least one day advance notice to get the RV prepped and ready. · How does pick up work? o Coordinate a pick up time with Chris. We will have the RV plugged into 110 electrical power with the slides out. You will have full opportunity to inspect the unit prior to doing paperwork. If all looks good we will get you to our business office for paperwork and then have you on your way home. The whole process should take an hour or less. · Payment o We do not have a Paypal account. Upon winning the auction winning bidder has 24 hours to call and place a credit card deposit on the unit. Remaining balance is due at time of pick-up. In the event the winning bidder comes to pick-up and is unhappy with the unit they will receive full deposit back. Please have financing arranged before bidding on the unit. We do offer financing, collierrv.com/creditapp. · Are there additional fees? o Illinois residents pay a documentation fee of $150.00, title fee of $150.00 and sales tax at 7%. (There may be additional county tax depending on where you live.) o Non-Illinois residents pay documentation fee $150.00, drive away permit $10.00 and the effective sales tax for their state if we are required by law to collect it. · Hitch work and wiring o It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure their tow vehicle is properly equipped for towing. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to make sure their tow vehicle is adequate for the weight of the vehicle they are buying. o Collier RV does sell and set-up hitches.
