This is a 2001 Lance 1121 four season truck camper, it is turnkey, ready to take on the road tomorrow! One owner, meticulously maintained by non-smoker. Interior is in excellent condition from carpets, cushions and flooring to all appliances, heating, cooling and septic units. All Lance upgrades were included in original purchase, such as Samsung microwave, Norcold refrigerator & freezer 12 volt, 110 volt, or propane, Atwood hydro flame propane furnace, Thetford Aqua-Magic Fresh Water toilet, separate shower in dry bath with outdoor capability. Newer Sealy Queen camper mattress in the upper bed, only used a few times and the dinnette also folds into a comfortable double bed. It has a new 12 volt deep cycle battery to manage your power when not plugged in or hooked to your truck or electric power. Propane gas stove is a 3 burner with an over head Samsung microwave built in above stove. Has a 6 gallon hot water heater which works off electric or propane gas dual option and works on a thermostat. You can use the electric element side no need to use your gas at camp ground sites if your electric is included. Also has 2 fresh air ceiling crank up vents with fans, and the push up vent or emergency exit above cab over bunk if needed. All vents and sky lights have inside snap on covers for the care of the camper and help with weather temperatures as needed. There are water holding tanks for fresh water, gray water and black water. Electrical up to 125 amps is all in working order, including balanced lifts, battery and electric hookup, which includes multi-prong adapter. There is some patching on the front exterior due to bubbling from sun exposure but there are no leaks or compromises to the frame and includes all storm windows. Currently winterized, requires ¾ ton truck with 8 ft. bed for proper fitting. Weight is around 5,000 wet and loaded with gear. All manuals for appliances are original and included. Exterior pics are available upon request. This is a no reserve auction sold to high bidder. After winning the auction, you must send $1000.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending. Then within 3 days after auction ends it must be paid by cash or certified bank check. These units are sold by bill of sale not a title. I will store camper up to 30 days free of charge, but again, must be paid in full. If you need it transported I may have a person that would do that, please check with me for cost .
