Guess what. . .WE ARE MOVING TO MAUI! ! So. . . .we are selling everything, including this wonderful 2005 Keystone Raptor Toyhauler that we have enjoyed for many years. It is a model 3018TT. It has an extra wide width of 8ft so your toys all fit perfectly! This trailer has spent its life in the dry weather of Southern California. .that"s a GOOD THING!
The trailer has Central A/C and heat. It has a gas/electric refrigerator, hot water heater, microwave, fueling station, 5.1 surround sound home theater, and plenty of storage including a HUGE under-compartment up front beneath the master bed. The two beds in the rear are operated by switch to lower or raise them as needed. The generator is an Onan 5500 Gold Marquis that runs great and has low hours (approx 700hrs), the carburetor was replaced last year:)
The upholstery is in great condition with no rips, tears, or wear. The stairs and loading ramp all function as they should. The tongue jack was been upgraded to a smooth ball-bearing type. Operates smooth and quietly for those late night arrivals.
The awning was rarely used. There is sun wear on the very small exterior portion that is always exposed to sunlight/wind. The remaining portion of the awning fabric is nice. The rear door operates fine, except a portion of the key remains in the lock. The door can be locked/unlocked from inside though.
The garage area is HUGE with approximately 16ft from rear wall to kitchen cabinet!
