Vehicle description
2005 Featherlite. All aluminum, except polished SS siding. 19" floor, plus "V nose" with cabinets up front. I have used it to move cars also. It has a 4k winch mounted (hidden) in the front floor, 4 tie downs for a Car, Tie downs for 9 dirt bikes bikes sitting parallel with the axles. AC and heat. Fully insulated. 12v lights in and out, 120V lights in and out. floods on Curb side. 4" x 7" door curb side to load bike or quads thru. 4" x 4"6" street side escape door for loading cars and exiting. 8" tall rear ramp door. 52" long tongue, with 2 5/16 ball receiver. This trailer looks good all the time, you almost can"t tell its been washed. Even after a long run in the rain, It still looks good. 10,400 GVW (5,200 axles). Electric tongue jack. LED tail lights. Electric brakes on both axles. 12v battery for lights and jack. I had Featherlite custom build this trailer for me in 05". I was tired of hitting my head exiting doors on my last trailer. Tired of washing my trailer and seeing a chalky surface left behind with the paint in constant decay. Tired of the body flex and holding Rollaways to the sides and finding things moving while driving because the trailer wasn"t rigid. Tired of the wood floors and having gas or oil staining it permanently (aluminum floor now). Tired of having the trailer "cheese grate" the back of my motorhome while trying to leave a off road race and making tight turns (extended Tongue). Tired of my helmets coming off the walls and storage place as I drove, so I installed all the oil, helmet, tie down, E track on the walls and door. This trailer is stored indoors and is only outside when rolling down the road. Replacing this trailer new, would be a year out and $55K I travel quite a bit, I might be able to help deliver, for additional $"s Trailers never really wear out, and are a great way to protect your car or Motorcycles from the elements or prying eyes.
