Thank you for looking at my Trailmanor 3124KS. This trailer has been in my family for about 6 years now (Bought from Original owner) and has never let us down. When we first bought it we did not have a full size truck and we pulled this everywhere with an explorer its like its not back there. Trailmanor states that it is one extra gallon on a full tank with the trailer behind your rig. Than we bought a bigger truck and when that came we decided to go with a bigger travel trailer. This trailer has not been used much over the last 12 months (One time in Feb). We made sure we took very good care of it and it shows in the pictures. If you have any questions please let me know. I am going to list a few more thing below.
Has 2 propane tanks inside the trailer a frame. Both tires are new and one wheel was replaced last year. $300.00 Less than a year. Has an 80 watt solar system installed from a Trailmanor dealer great for dry camping or when you have noise restrictions. $1600.00 less than a year. Roof was resealed as well as new roof vents. $350.00 less than a year. New brake shoes drums and hardware last year. $250 less than a year. heater cleaned out as well as all the propane lines for appliances. $150 we had it factory lifted 2" for a little extra ground clearance. comes with a champion 3500 watt generator with remote start only 54 hours been sitting will need a tune up. $250 off if you dont want the gen. $450 Awning is in great shape and has a hard cover over it. Upgraded stereo with remote. $200 New velcro on sealing flaps.$50 less than a year. 4 stabilizers, 2 step in, sewer works and sewer hose spot under rear bumper. Please let me know if you have any questions. I will accept a deposit via Zelle or Paypal to hold the RV, but arrangements for full payment needs to be made within 7 days. The remaining payment can be sent via Zelle, Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer. As long as payment has been made we do not mind holding the trailer for a few weeks until pickup arrangements can be made.

Please note, There are some scuffs on the side of the trailer from the pop up going up and down NO DAMAGE. There is also one small plastic skirt on the drivers side missing behind the tire bottom about 1" by 3ft.
