This is an amazing trailer! Only reason for selling is we"re moving and we won"t be able to use it for a while and don"t want it to sit. The financial savings of this trailer will be beneficial. The space is awesome as well.

2012-New awning; 2015-New toilet, water pump, water heater; 2017-New brakes, Tires; 2018-Entire top roof resealed, some inside of horse area as well, (no damage); new hoses for propane, new door lock. Outside of the great features, the bonus feature is the blocked lift of the trailer for excellent ground clearance. Another feature is the paneling of the LQ-super nice compared to just "white"walls.
This trailer is considered "like" new, and has been used with slight normal wear. It is in great condition. Comes with small TV and VCR and a portable water tank. The bedding area is nice and has shelving, mirror and a lift storage box at back.
