The dinette is also on a slide-out, giving the camper lots of interior space (much more than typical pop-ups). The camper has a wealth of storage throughout, including under the dinette seats, under the sofa, under the sink, two cabinets by the front door, and a lighted 23 cu ft exterior front storage bin. Other features and upgrades include: 3-way 2.5 cu ft fridge, 20,000 BTU furnace, 18,000 BTU air conditioner with cover, 23 gal fresh water tank, 6 gal water heater, 12V water pump, cassette toilet, separate indoor shower, indoor/outdoor 3-burner stove with hinged cover, outdoor shelf, bench dinette with moveable table, stainless steel sink, 11’ awning, 11’ screen room, 12V electric blanket, four 12V light fans, 120V/12V converter, covered roof vent with 12V fan, electric brakes, easy-lube wheel bearings, SwayMaster electronic sway control, standard propane tank, and deep cycle battery. Length is 18’ closed and 25’ when fully opened. Camper is in very good condition, has been well maintained, and is being sold by the original owner. All canvas is in good condition with no rips, tears, or water penetration and only a few minor stains. All upholstery, vinyl flooring, and mattresses are in good condition. Vinyl flooring has been overlaid with indoor/outdoor carpet, which is worn but in good shape. One bed mattress had a small tear that was repaired.
