Original owner. Many upgrades including hardwood floors throughout freshly finished. Day and night window shades and electric sun visors. LP Gas pull out grill undercarriage and entertainment center includes flat screen tv. Pull through joey bed and pull out slide under bay. The tires are in good condition and are approx. 4 years old and the mileage is 43,539. Generator has 2498 hours. It has been well-maintained and serviced. It has lots of extra storage that you don"t find in lot of motorcoaches of its size. It has pull-out pantries (3) and cabinets above banquette and above sink. The refrigerator and freezer are side by side and large. Microwave/Convection Oven. Gaggeneau gas cooktop. There is InstaHot and AquaHot. We also have a furnace and heat strips as well as three (3) central heat and air systems. There are two (2) full-size closets that we have cedar-lined as well as the above-bed storage and full chest of drawers in bedroom plus an additional drawer set. There is a full vanity in the hallway with sink and separate water closet that has sink and additional cabinets under sink and over water closet. There is a spare tire on the roof and the roof is walkable with ladder access. There is a push-button musical horn that is typical of Bluebirds and a lot of fun! It also has a Bose sound system with surround sound. It has self-leveling with jacks. There is a room slide-out in the living and kitchen area. The bed is north and south and there are vertical mirrored storage shelves or dressers on each side of the bed with a small nightstand on each side. You are able to walk around the entire bed and the rest of the coach and hallways without having the slide extended. This is an issue in some coaches, but is not in this one. Safe in coach. There are mirrored pocket doors that separate the bath from either the living and kitchen or the bedroom can be separated by another pocket door from the living, kitchen and bath. The front pilot and co-pilot chairs are power and swivel for conversational seating. There is a double-sink with a vegetable sink side and a regular sink side. There is a corian seamless cover for the sinks and the cooktop to allow a sleek finish for the entire length of the kitchen counter when entertaining. Let me know if you need more information.
