Owned by original purchaser till Jan this year when I bought it. Previous owner kept great records and receipts and upgraded to lots of new items. Since I have owned it I have installed new front brakes, alignment and new coach battery. All systems work great, thermostaticly controlled AC and heat and lots of extra comforts. Newmar is known for quality and comfort inside and out.Has separate wash machine and dryer, separate ice maker,coffee maker. LOTS of hanger space in bed room closet and drawers as well.Two TV s and dvd player. Has satellite dish but have never used.I will have dash air recharged, chassis greased and rear end fluid checked and the abs light checked ,its random and have had it checked twice and found no issues,the rear camera seems like its only works when u don"t need it and the couch is a bit thread bare in one area and the drivers seat back has a tear and bottom cushion and armrest may need to be recovered. The oil and filter in engine and generator just changed with synthetic. Has been a very reliable coach and have never had any major issues, I have lived in it for a month straight and I am very happy with it.Any questions or any more photos needed I can help.
