Vehicle description
The Mountain Aire was the top 5th wheel produced by NEWMAR. The trailer includes three slide-outs, two A/C units, a satellite dish,an ONAN Propane fired generator, a Fireplace in the den, tile floors in the Kitchen area as well as the bathroom area. there are two couches, a love seat in the den and a regular 3 cushion couch in the kitchen/living area.
The trailer has had the axels replaced and a complete brake job completed on the RV. Note that both axels have new dual Michelin tires (total of 8). The RV is well built and heavy. I pull her with a F350.
I have had the front jacks as well as the rear jacks replaced.
The finishes are well done, as you would expect on a NEWMAR unit.
The den area at the rear of the coach has a beautiful wood built-in that can hold a large tv. additionally, the built-in has numerous drawers and doors for keeping your personal items. the satellite dish controller is also in the den area.
The kitchen area has good counter space and a double sink. Additionally, there is excellent space for the kitchen items. there is also a build-in slide-out for holding can goods, spices, etc. A new fantastic fan helps with the ventilation. a ceiling fan is also in the kitchen area. Next to the door is a lovely cabinet that contains a TV and more Satellite components.
The bedroom is forward. the queen bed is brand new. the closet runs the width of the unit and has two large sliders for easy access. Again the bedroom has beautiful cabinetry, and a space for a smaller tv.
The bathroom has a large shower, a separate toilet area, and a sink in the bedroom. the bathroom area is tiled. there is a skylight over the shower. there is a fantastic fan in the toilet area
This can be a full timers home as she sits. Please note that there is room to add a washer dryer unit.
