2003 Casita Spirit Deluxe specs: 2480lbs dry weight 17ft in length 2” hitch 32 gallon grey water holding tank 15 gallon black holding tank 25 gallon fresh water holding tank Outside shower Electric water heater upgrade Linoleum flooring Working 100v solar panel- ( Year unknown )
Exterior: Shell in great shiny condition, no gel coat cracks, no previous damage.
Interior: very clean original interior, never been smoked in, no pets, no water leaks, no soft floors, no flood.
Chassis: 3” high lift leaf springs, no rust, 15” tire upgrade.
Services recently performed: * Brand new 15” wheel/tires, C- load rating * Brand new marine battery * Brand new interior seat cushions * Domatic 3-way fridge ( few months old) * Water heater replaced 19 months ago * All plumbing functions, lines, connections, valves all inspected * Wheel bearings repacked / re-greased, brakes serviced * Awning end caps replaced, awning gears re-greased * New propane tanks * LED interior lighting * New tongue jack * All exterior windows have been re-sealed * All new exterior rivet caps
