Vehicle description

2002 Sportsmobile Camper Van Class B RV Ford E250 conversion with fixed high top roof
Miles: ~71,000 miles
Seats: 4
Sleeps: 2
2 wheel drive
Incredibly comfortable with some nice extra touches (solar power, van cover with custom cutout for the solar and frame for the vent, memory foam mattress topper, etc.) to be set up well for running without external power (your neighbors will appreciate the silence). Mechanicals have been meticulously maintained, though exterior has been maintained primarily for functionality, so not all the exterior aesthetics are perfect. Have all maintenance records, original diagrams, and service manual.
Main features:
Interior standup height - 6"6"
Gaucho couch that folds out in to a bed (with extension for tall individuals)
Custom memory foam mattress topper (very comfortable)
100W solar panel with solar charge controller
2 AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries
Sink
16 gallon freshwater tank
8 gallon greywater tank
12V/110V Inverter
Microwave
12V Refrigerator
Air conditioning
Lights - LED and fluorescent
Fantastic roof vent
Awning
Television (and has cable hookups)
Portapotty
Non-attached butane stove
Outdoor shower connection
Clothes closet
Food pantry
Storage over the driving cabin
Blackout curtain separating driving cabin and sleeping area
Van cover with custom cutout for the solar panel, and a frame so the roof vent can still be operated with the van cover covering the van (virtually no dust!)
The engine and the interior are in excellent shape. Tires are very new. The exterior has some imperfections - some of which has been pre-emptive touchups which focused on functionality over aesthetics.
The bed is so comfortable that it helped prompt me to get a new bed at home (since it was more comfortable than my bed at home). It"s set up to not draw any power when not running and also no lights when the doors open which is great for boondocking. The solar power + 2 auxiliary AGM battery set up has been amazing - for my power usage, (I"m admittedly pretty careful) I can run indefinitely power-wise.
Additional Extras:
Rear rack/Motorcycle carrier
Vent frame for using fan with cover
Manual inside shower setup (not fancy, foot pump operated)
Never tested - running the AC off of 110V power with the van off (AC has been recharged and works great in the driving cabin when the engine is on), the outdoor shower hookup.
Work needed - a prospective buyer took it to a mechanic and highlighted that the van will need new b rake pads & b all joints (I"m following up on getting the details).
[Note - electric bike is not included, but rear rack is included. Picture with bike shows the van cover on as well]
