NO RESERVE! I have for sale a very nice 2002 Newmar mountain-aire. First off let me say that this is a rust-free motorhome that has been in our family for the last 5 years. It has 50,000 miles on it. I just got back from a 600 mile round trip in it two weeks ago. The tires are only two years old and have less than 7500 miles on them. It has a 370hp Cummins engine in it with a 6-speed Allison transmission. The generator is a 7500 onan diesel with 970 hrs. It has two slides out, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living room. Both slides have awnings that are in good shape and all the windows have awnings that are green and match the big awning and all of them are in perfect shape. The carpets are in ok shape but they are original and for the age show and clean very well. Both of the front seats are fully power and the passenger seat has a built in power recliner. It has a washer/dryer combo that works great. The kitchen table slides out to seat 4 people. It has a convection microwave and a gas stovetop. It has 2 a/c units that will freeze you out and it has gas and electric heat and both work flawlessly. It has never once been smoked. The couch jackknifes and makes a bed and the recliner lays all the way back and you can sleep in it. All the interior is in great shape and very very soft leather. The driver seat has a rear on the back of it where the slide caught it one day but it doesn’t effect anything. The ladder was bent when we got the motorhome and we just took it off and filled it in but I have a brand new in the box ladder to on it if you would like. The roof is in great shape and you will not find a rotten spot in or around this motorhome. It was fully serviced less than 2000 miles ago. It has full slide out trays on underneath and full pass through basement. It has an outdoor shower. The fridge works perfect along with all the other appliances. Every single thing on this motorhome works like it should and this thing hits the road and pulls anything you throw behind it with ease.
