This is a very good RV. It is very solid and is very well built. It has a fiberglass roof with construction being tube steel and welded. It has an all fiberglass exterior and is very nice looking. It has two couches across from each other that each fold out and make a separate double bed. You can also convert the two double beds in to one huge bed that can sleep 6(that is if you really like the people you are with). The slide out is push button and it seal up solid an tight. The carpet is brand new Stain Master brand. The upholstery is clean and in good condition. The front seats look like leather and are nice. The walls are solid and clean and the cabinets are solid oak front. The kitchen is open with lasy L design. The cook top is clean and the microwave is built in and works good. There is a large closet next to the entry door and some drawers below. The bathroom is a good size for a B+. It has a bathtub with a seat, toilet that is free standing and a vanity with sink. There is a solid locking door for the bathroom. The refrigerator is brand new and we just installed it. The previous one had caught on fire and burned the back of the unit. We installed new vents, gas line and wires as well for the refrigerator. There are no odors and the RV has not been smoked in and no pet smells. The exterior looks nice with a nice shine. The tires are new and have less than 50 miles on them. The drive line is a Ford and the Chassis is the E450 with the V10 engine. The transmission is overdrive automatic. It has the tow hall setting and a matching factory tow package with built in receiver hitch. It is very easy to drive and can easily get into traffic or easy to park. It has dual rear wheels which make it stable. The arched exterior walls are all steel welded construction as for the frame. The exterior fiberglass is solid and the roof is all fiberglass. The truck air works great and the heat too. The power window and locks work and it has good power mirrors.
It is a very good Certified Preowned RV. We have certified the RV and it now comes with Warranty. It has a 12 month or 12k mile warranty from United States Warranty Corporation. It is a nation wide warranty with road service and towing. We are a Certified, bonded, insured and licensed remanufacturing Company. We can offer delivery via contractor we use. They usually charge around $1-$1.50 per mile for drive away door to door service.
