Family has outgrown our loved RV after 11 years. Unit is in good condition, there is obviously some wear and tear. Sleeps 6 (2 fixed bed in back with privacy curtain, 2 over cab, 2 on converted table). Ideal for family with 2-3 kids. Ford E450 V10 305 hp 61k miles. TV antenna and dish. No slide out. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer. Recently fixed: roof (had water leak), new windshield. Not fixed: awning sun burned (used it 3x in 11 years; replacement ~$500), automatic mirror stopped working, no spare tire. Accessories included: bike rack, 50 AMP power adapter, water hoses, windshield privacy cover, 2 leveler, jack, tire cross bar.
